  • You can submit your documents for translation in one of the following ways:

    1.     Email: You can email the document directly to us at office@auroralanguageservices.com.

    2.    Secure Upload: Alternatively, you can contact us and request a secure upload link where you can safely upload your document.

    3. Contact Form: You can also submit your document directly through our contact form by uploading the file(s) when you send your message. Please note, upload is limited to five files at a time.

  • Yes, we offer certified as well as sworn translations for official documents such as legal contracts and documents for submission, birth certificates and immigration papers. We are also able to comply with certification requirements in different countries, ensuring that your translation meets the specific standards required for use in various jurisdictions. Additionally, we offer apostilled or legalized translations, if required, for documents that need additional authentication.

  • Our turnaround times are generally rated as very fast, but we also offer additional rush translation services for extremely urgent projects. If you have a very tight deadline, please let us know when you contact us so we can schedule your project accordingly. We draw on our many years of experience in fast-pace workplaces and take advantage of various global time zones to make the impossible possible. 

  • We work with a wide range of file formats, including both editable and non-editable files. Some of the formats we support include:

    • Editable files: Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), and others

    • Non-editable files: PDFs, scanned images, and other non-editable file formats

    • Graphic design files: InDesign (.indd/.idml) and other design files for document layout or marketing materials that require translation

    • XML files, commonly used for structured data and website localization projects
